Each month, NYC Well, the City’s mental health service portal, receives 25,000+ calls, texts, and chats from New Yorkers seeking care. Alongside our partners, we researched and designed tools to improve NYC Well using a human-centered approach.

The Outcome

We created a set of design tools, including a journey map and persona cards, that are helping NYC Well staff design more user-centered services.
