People who lack access to technology or digital literacy skills often struggle to meet their healthcare needs, particularly as systems move towards digital platforms. For Kaiser Permanente, PPL researched how members of marginalized communities engage with digital technology and investigated their perspectives on digital healthcare offerings.

We delivered research findings, recommendations, and design concepts aimed at improving digital healthcare services to better meet the needs of a wide range of people across the digital access spectrum.
