The Project
For NYCHA, we partnered with Public Works Partners to support the roll-out of the Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) Resident Planning Fund, a program to assist NYCHA residents in shaping their development’s conversion to private management.
The Outcome
PPL provided research and design capabilities to support resident-facing outreach and communications. PPL created a visual identity for the fund and collaborated on a framework through which NYCHA communities can engage and make decisions.
