In this article, ATI Advisory and The SCAN Foundation investigate the impact of ‘flex cards,’ pre-paid debit cards that Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can use for health-related goods and services. To better understand how older adults are experiencing this tool in their day-to-day lives, they used interviews from The People Say that dive deep and reflect the nuance of flex cards’ benefits and challenges.
