Driving meaningful change in public systems is difficult. Without a deliberate strategy for change management, innovative tools and products can end up on the shelf. In this webinar, Public Policy Lab’s design strategy director, John Buckley, shares a human-centered approach to change management — from product design to implementation.

To provide an example of change management in action, John shares a recent project case study from our Prevention Pathways project. This project required a unique cross-agency implementation effort with NYC Health+Hospitals and the NYC Administration for Children’s Services Division of Prevention Services.
